1. Who we are
These Terms govern your purchase and use of services from GetGood ("GetGood," "we," "us"), operated from Florida, USA. By purchasing a workshop/installation or using this site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
2. What we provide
GetGood provides a one-time AI Workshop + Installation: we run a working session and set up a tailored set of AI tools and automations for your brokerage (and, on higher tiers, broader rollout and support). The specific deliverables depend on the tier you purchase and what we scope together. We provide tools, setup, and education — we are not your broker, attorney, or accountant, and we do not provide legal, financial, or real-estate compliance advice.
3. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for your own business decisions, for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your brokerage (including Fair Housing, advertising, licensing, and data/consent rules), and for reviewing any AI-generated content before you use it. AI tools can make mistakes; a human on your team should review outputs that matter.
4. No guarantee of results
We're proud of what these installs do, but we do not guarantee any specific result — including income, commissions, transaction volume, lead counts, rankings, or return on investment. What we deliver is the workshop and the installed tools; outcomes depend on you, your team, and your market.
5. Payment
Fees are shown on this site and charged at purchase via Stripe, Inc. Workshop tiers are one-time fees (Enterprise engagements are quoted separately and may be governed by a separate agreement). You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method. Taxes may apply.
6. Third-party tools
Installations may rely on third-party services (e.g., AI providers, CRMs, messaging, email). Those services have their own terms and pricing, which are your responsibility once handed over. We'll tell you what we use.
7. Confidentiality & data
We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetGood will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida. We'll always try to resolve things informally first — just email us.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Questions or notices: matt@getgoodtwin.com.
