Privacy Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

Get Good Twin ("we") sells the Digital Detox Protocol and the Purpose Protocol, two digital field manuals, and 1:1 coaching. This page explains what information we collect and why.

What we collect

When you buy: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, billing country and the details of your order. We never see or store your full card number.

When you ask for a free download or apply for coaching: we receive your first name and email, and for an application, your answers to its questions. If you pay for coaching, Stripe also gives us the phone number you enter. We keep these in GoHighLevel, our contact and email system, and use them to send what you asked for and a short series of follow-up emails. Every email has a one-click way to stop them.

When you visit: our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views. If advertising measurement is switched on, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to learn which ads lead to purchases. These may use cookies and send Meta information such as the page you viewed, that you started checkout or purchased, and a hashed (scrambled) email address.

In the manual and companion timer: anything you type into the PDF stays in your file. The companion timer saves your logs only in your own browser. We never receive them.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase or free download, send your receipt and follow-up emails, schedule coaching, answer your questions, process refunds, keep the site secure and measure whether our ads work. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), GoHighLevel (contacts and email) and, if enabled, Meta (ad measurement). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by replying to your Stripe receipt. You can block cookies in your browser and opt out of ad personalization in your Meta settings. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, which we will honor.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting, and server logs for a limited period.

Children

Our products are not intended for anyone under 18.
