Coaching is time I set aside for you, so it's paid up front. If you change your mind before our first call, tell me and I'll refund you in full. After that, if something isn't right, tell me straight away and we'll work it out fairly, based on the calls already delivered.
Reply to the receipt email Stripe sent you, or write to us with the email you used to pay. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
