By buying the Digital Detox Protocol, the Purpose Protocol or 1:1 coaching from Get Good Twin you agree to these terms.
The Digital Detox Protocol and the Purpose Protocol are field manuals (PDF). You get a personal, non-transferable license to download and use them, plus the Digital Detox Protocol's companion timer, for your own use. Please don't share, resell or post the files publicly.
The Get Good Kit ($27) includes both manuals and one free 30-minute implementation call, scheduled by email.
1:1 coaching is two months of coaching with Matt Martinez: eight weekly calls, messages between calls answered within a day on weekdays, and both manuals.
The Digital Detox Protocol and the Purpose Protocol cost $27 USD each, charged once by Stripe. The thank-you page may offer the second manual for $17, tied to that order. Coaching costs $3,000 USD, paid once by Stripe. There are no subscriptions.
Manuals are available immediately after payment and your download link works for one year. If you lose it, reply to your Stripe receipt. Coaching starts with a call we schedule together within a week of payment.

The Digital Detox Protocol, the Purpose Protocol and coaching are educational self-help. They are not therapy or medical, psychological, financial or professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. If phone use or anything else sits on top of anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use or another health condition, talk to a qualified clinician. Some drills in the Digital Detox Protocol involve breath holds and cold water; skip them if you have a heart condition, a history of fainting, or are pregnant, and never hold your breath in water or while driving.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
